In addition to daily prayer and the frequent reception of the sacraments, many of our school students experience the spiritual life of Catholics by participating in Mass and special school retreats. Through these experiences, students come to a greater awareness of the meaning of the words of Jesus: "Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in their midst."

We want you to see the difference in our kids because at our schools you will find our students visiting the elderly who live alone, tutoring urban youths who live in single parent homes, participating in activities with children who have disabilities, and distributing gifts to those who have very little weekly income. These students are fully aware of the meaning of the Gospel teaching: "As long as you did it to one of these, the least of my brethren, you did it to me."

I homeschooled my children until about a year ago when I enrolled them at PBS. I couldn't be happier. I agree that there are a lot of fundraiser, but you can either 'buy out' of the fundraiser or you can purchase SCRIP and purchase items that you would normally buy anyway (with no out of pocket expense). ... The classroom sizes are small, so everyone knows each other, and the students know all the adults. Don't let the price scare you, a quality education and knowing that your children are in a loving, nurturing, Catholic environment is priceless!

I can't imagine my child going anywhere else. The Extended Care Program is truly a blessing for working parents and what I pay in tuition and Extended Care fees is less than I would pay for an after school program or babysitter...This is a real value. Education is a foundation for the future and at PBS my child gets the one-on-one attention she needs. She loves going to school. This is my third child going through the school and I am very pleased with the staff. We are not Catholics but we are treated just like any other family in the school and I like that.
